Arriving by Air
The primary airport for our international and long-distance attendees is:
– Nearest Airport: King Fahd International Airport, Dammam (DMM)
– Distance to Venue: ~70 km (approx. 35-minute drive)
For Travelers with Connecting Flights:
Connecting in Riyadh (RUH)
Highly Recommended: Take a ~1-hour flight to Dammam (DMM).
Alternatively, a ~4-hour train is available from Riyadh Train Station.
Connecting in Jeddah (JED)
Take a ~2-hour flight from King Abdulaziz Airport to Dammam (DMM).
Getting to the Venue
(KFUPM, Bldg. 60)
From Dammam Airport (DMM)
Taxi: ~130 SAR (approx. 35 USD).
Driving Directions:
– Continue to King Fahd Road.
– Follow King Fahd Rd, Dhahran Jubail Expressway and Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques Rd to Dhahran.
– Exit from Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques Rd.
– Take Schools Belt Rd to Schools Rd.
– A slight right will keep you on Schools Rd.
– Building 60 will be on the right.
From Dammam Train Station
Distance: ~10 km to KFUPM.
Driving Directions:
– Follow Fatema Al Zahra St to Qais Ibn Al Haitham.
– Drive from Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Rd to Dhahran.
– Exit from Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques Rd.
– Take Schools Belt Rd to Schools Rd.
– A slight right will keep you on Schools Rd.
– Building 60 will be on the right.
